1. For creating Fusion video, the customer must provide the required photo and videos to us as mentioned above.
2. Prior appointment to visit to our Studio is required.
3. The photo and video files will be accepted from your CD or DVD or directly from your digital cameras or mobile phones.
We don't accept Pendrives due to computer virus risks.
( If you are bringing your camera,please bring your USB connection cable)
4. Photoshoot services at your premesis requires 2 to 4 weeks advance booking especially on specific dates for wedding or other important events
This is subject to our availability. So,Please contact us to check the schedule and availability for booking
5. Payment for Fusion Video is accepted as Cash or Online Bank transfer or AT-PAR Cheque or Demand draft (DD).
6. For cheque payment and Online Bank transfer modes of payment,Video will be delivered upon realization of the transaction in our bank account.
7. Delivery of completed ,Fusion Video' will be made online for you to access and download it. We will email you the download link
8. Delivery of Fusion Video in a CD/DVD through postal courier within chennai will attract additional charges of Rs 50
